The rectangular top with broad satinwood crossbanding and drop leaves inlaid with a central oval panel enclosing floral sprays on a mitred ground; over a cockbeaded frieze drawer fitted with a leather-lined writing slide with a simulated drawer front to the reverse; raised on square tapering legs headed by C-scroll spandrels end terminating in brass spade feet and casters.
