Description

Probably Irish for the American market. The rectangular plate set within a conforming surround surmounted by an unusual pierced scrollwork swan's neck pediment carved with foliate decoration and centered by a floral festooned basket; the sides hung with floral and fruit garlands and mounted with later candlearms; the shaped apron carved with pierced scrollwork.
