A later leather-lined rectangular top with adjustable writing flap above a border inlaid with shells and fluting, over three frieze drawers over three graduated drawers to one side, the other side with frieze drawer flanked by cabinet doors, writing slides to both ends; raised on a conforming plinth. Hardware antique but not original; minor thoughtful restorations.
