The shaped molded cornice with a central oval mirror plate, flanked by two brass finials, over a pair of mirror front doors opening to reveal adjustable shelves over valanced pigeon holes and drawers; the lower part with a featherbanded slant front concealing a leather-lined writing surface, sunken well, secret folio slides set within the columns and central prospect door; the waist molding concealing secret compartment over two short and three graduated drawers raised on later bracket feet. Drawer pulls, locks and mirror plates replaced; drawers to lower section possibly adapted.
