The rectangular plate set below a green-painted frieze overlaid with gilt trelliswork and bordered by applied spherules and flanked by outset finely carved sunflower heads, over bound and reeded columns with stiff-leaf capitals; the base applied with foliate sprays. Bearing label on the back: "Finnis and Co., No. 19, Blackman Street, Borough and Dedicated to her Royal Highness, the Princess of Wales"
