In the manner of Thomas Shearer, each with a demi-lune-shaped top above a central frieze drawer over a sliding recessed service compartment and flanked by cellarette drawers and cupboard doors; raised on square tapering legs ending in spade feet. Crossbanded throughout in satinwood; drawer pulls are old replacements.
These sideboards closely relate to the design of a 'Circular' Cellaret Sideboard by Thomas Shearer published in his The Cabinet-Makers' London Book of Prices, 1788, pl. 5, fig. 1.
